Passion Overload is a for-charity fanzine centered on the character Bennett from Genshin Impact. In total, $208.11 was donated to the charity Save the Children at the end of the project.

The interest check for this project ran from March 3-20, 2021, and by March 4 there were 50 responses. Mod applications for the project ran from March 23 to April 11, 2021. Contributor applications opened May 1, 2021 and were scheduled to close May 31, but applications were later extended to June 12. A total of 230 contributor applications were sent in during that time.

Preorders opened on October 31, 2021 and were announced to end November 30, 2021, but the preorder period was later extended to December 31, 2021. The following pricing tiers were available:

• Reckless Pallad ($15 USD): Digital Zine
• (Un)Lucky Charm ($25 USD): Physical Zine
• Dream Team ($35 USD): Physical Zine + Sticker Sheet + Sticker + Prints
• Fantastic Voyage ($65 USD): Physical Zine + Sticker Sheet + Sticker + Prints + Lanyard + Charms + Washi Tapes
• Fearnaught ($50 USD): Sticker Sheet + Sticker + Prints + Lanyard + Charms + Washi Tapes

The digital zine was available as an add-on for $5 USD for orders containing the physical zine.

The project announced three stretch goals that would be added to all Fantastic Voyage and Fearnaught bundles if achieved: an enamel pin at 25 orders, a notepad at 50, and a notebook at 75. The second stretch goal was reached by November 29, 2021.

There was an early bird special adding a candy charm for the first 50 Fantastic Voyage bundles preordered. The zine Twitter account also ran a holiday full bundle giveaway over the last few days of December 2021.

Leftover sales ran from November 15 to December 15, 2022.
