Paninya is a character in the Fullmetal Alchemist manga and the 2003 and 2009 anime series.

Paninya was a ward of Dominic LeCoulte, who took her in off the streets after witnessing her lose her ability to walk in a catastrophic accident. He provided her automail legs. When she's first introduced, she was a thief who pickpocketed Edward Elric's pocket watch that marked him as a State Alchemist.

In this version, she also had an automail arm.
