Page Lewis was a Star Trek fan who remained active throughout all her life. In the 1970s she published Generation Gap and Khan Reports, both Star Trek fanzines. She also helped run fan clubs for George Takei and Grace Lee Whitney in the 1970's and 1980's and was a frequent attendee at Shore Leave. She passed on March 1, 2014.
