out.of.con.txt was an online alternacon to Con.Txt 2007 similar to Non.Txt but focused primarily on Due South and C6D fandom (although at the time C6D hadn't yet been coined as the term for Canadian fandoms peripheral to Due South). out.of.con.txt was organized by china_shop and sageness.
