Summaries

From the publisher:

Crane goes missing on a shore mission, and Nelson has no idea where to find him. Will he discover his captain's whereabouts before the enemy sells him to a foreign power? Their close bond becomes even closer when Nelson risks all to save him.

From a blurb in No Holds Barred #7:

Imprisoned by a ruthless enemy, Commander Lee Crane of the SSRN Seaview has no hope of escape or rescue. Even his friends believe him to be dead. Admiral Nelson believes deep in his heart that his friend and lover is still alive, but where is Lee? And can the strength of Nelson's love reach out to bridge the way between them before it is too late to save Lee from being shipped out of the country? In the dark catacombs beneath an ancient Albanian port, the Admiral's hopeless search for his beloved Captain becomes a desperate battle between life and death.

Dedication

From the zine:

This story is dedicated firstly to my long-suffering husband David, who dragged me out of bed at 6:00 am on many dark mornings to get me writing - and into bed occasionally for inspirational therapy. He is also responsible for the rusty iron ladders.

But my main thanks go to my dear friend 'The Captain' for whipping me into shape with cries of "more!" and keeping me manacled to the word-processor until this epic was finished.

I hope it was all worth the effort. I make no apology for the unashamedly romantic content of some passages. Although these two men do have a harder side to their characters, which I hope to explore another time, this is a story dedicated first and foremost to the power of love.
