One Truth Prevails is a zine focused on the day to day lives of the cast from Detective Conan.

About

An interest check was posted on September 27, 2018, for a Detective Conan zine focused on the characters' day to day lives[1]. The project would feature a lineup of 32 artists, feature no ships or NSFW content, and would be distributed freely as a PDF. A schedule was finalized on October 16, 2018, with an expected release date of May 30, 2017[2].

Mod applications opened on November 1, 2018, and closed on November 21, 2018, with results being sent out on November 29th[3][4]. On November 28, 2018, the head organizer announced that the zine would be on indefinite hold due to struggles with balancing school and modding the project[5].

The zine restarted production on March 4, 2019, however with issues with accessing the project's email account, forcing the project to restart[6]. Mod applications reopened on March 10, 2019, for moderators and a graphic designer, and closed on March 31, 2019[7][8]. The project's organizers opened a Twitter account on March 31, 2019[9].

Contributor applications began on April 12, 2019, and ended on May 20, 2019[10]. Results were sent on May 27, 2019[11]. The zine was released on November 1, 2019, as a free-to-download link on MegaUpload[12].
