Scarecrow's hapless victims are forced to spend weeks and sometimes months trying to escape this maze. little do they know, however, he does not play fair. Using ultra technology and specially made fear-inducing gases, Scarecrow is guaranteed success. His victims either go mad, or kill themselves trying to find a way out. Hoping he'll come to the attention of the Batman, and thus rid Gotham of the Caped Crusader, Scarecrow first entices Alfred and his daughter to his Inn. When this does not work, he next invites Bruce Wayne! Together with Catwoman, the Batman must locate Alfred and put an end to the Scarecrow's reign of terror befoe he succumbs to his own innermost fears."
