Canon Background
Ocker was a Tok'ra Security Chief for Malek, who fled to the Alpha Site after their base was attacked. He was very suspicious and defiant towards the Tau'ri and especially the Jaffa.
History
Ocker was killed by an Ashrak, at the Alpha Site, in an attempt to create mistrust between the Tok'ra and the Jaffa Rebellion.
Fandom
He has little fandom following.
Because of his somewhat antagonistic behaviour in the episode Allegiance, he is not so popular.
