As you've probably guessed by now, this is the New Breed Special Edition I have been promising you.

Enclosed you will find lots of info on the New Breed. CIS's and illos won't necessarily match up. Sorry, but some characters have CIS's, and some I have illos of. Whatever is not in this issue will appear in later issues.
The timeline is very brief, but supplies enough info to let you know when and where your characters can come from. If you wish to create a character, feel free. I am allowing up to three characters per person. The characters may be male or female, child or adult, elf, troll, human, slave or slaver. Be creative.
I need lots of art for the New Breed. As you can tell, I've done most of the filler art in this issue. Also we need lots of stories.
Don't forget about your LTPH elves, though; we need stories for them also. Further issues of the newsletter will include both LTPH and New Breed stuff.
