Pistol is a fan writer and was formerly known as NewYorkReload. She is best known for her epic-length Cougar/Jensen fic We Know How It Works, her Derek/Stiles fic Ulula cum lupis, cum quibus esse cupis that plays with the idea of a 'death fic', and her penchant for darkfic and crack. In 2015 her AO3 account was self-deleted when her fanfic WKHIW was taken, altered, and sold as an eBook without her permission. In 2019 she returned to AO3, reuploading her fanfiction once more.
