Neighbors is a comedy 2014 film that stars Zac Efron, Seth Rogan, Rose Byrne, and Dave Franco. The sequel was released in 2016 and also starred many of the actors from the original and introduced several new including Chloë Grace Moretz and Selena Gomez.


After they are forced to live next to a fraternity house, a couple with a newborn baby do whatever they can to take them down.

In the sequel, a sorority moves in next door to the Radners as they try to sell the house.

The main pairing in the fandom is the slash pairing of Zac Efron and Dave Franco's characters Teddy/Pete. In Neighbors RPF the pairings Zac Efron/Dave Franco and Seth Rogan/Zac Efron appears. Despite the introduction of more female characters in the second film, slash and RPF still dominates the fandom. Pete/Scoonie pairing appears on AO3 in 2018.
