Mr. Spock's Illogical Night is an 18-page Star Trek: TOS doujinshi.
A fan describes it as "a K/S comic book in Japanese and is also available on line. Knowledge of the language is definitely not needed. It seems K/S translates into any language. (It's interesting to note that apparently Spock's double ridges are not fanon in Japan.) [1]
