The pairing of "Eddie/Vic (Mr. Blonde)" is a major slash pairing from the Reservoir Dogs fandom. The two characters are generally thought of as antagonists within the movie.
Canon
Eddie and Vic are shown to be friends over the course of the movie, at one point roughhousing in the office of Eddie's father, Joe Cabot. In a flashback, see that Vic has just gotten out of a stint in jail -- he was jailed for refusing to give up the identity of Cabot when caught on a job. Eddie suggests that Vic be allowed to join the diamond heist that is the central frame of the movie, and Vic is given the code-name "Mr. Blonde" by Joe Cabot. By the end of the film, both Vic and Eddie die.

Fun Fandom Fact that my friends and I still feel slightly proud of in a “this was our impact” way even though it is incredibly dumb at the same time:The ship name still used to this day for Eddie and Vic from Reservoir Dogs was a joke about their potential Jaeger name in a theoretical Pacific Rim AU, which gradually filtered into the fandom at large from a small but devoted group of friends, all of whom initially started using the ship name to tag for things that other friends and mutuals might want to avoid on their dashboards because the aforementioned fans couldn’t stop talking about Reservoir Dogs at the time.

This is the answer for those new fans who wonder why toothpick bitchslap is "inexplicably" used as a shipname for Eddie and Vic lmao it started as a joke and stuck. I'm so pleased people still use it. [2]
