Moist von Lipwig is the protagonist of several Discworld novels. He is a conman who ends up introducing several "modern" technologies to Ankh-Morpork, such as a postal service; his books are sometimes grouped into the fan-named Industrial Revolution (Discworld Sub-series) subseries of discworld novels.[1]

Moist is the main character in three discworld novels; Going Postal, Making Money, and Raising Steam.
