Mind's Eye was an APAzine dedicated to espers and psychics in anime. Some of its early focuses were anime like Locke the Superman and Justy. It was advertised in The Rose issue 29 (September 1991).
About
The Locke-Justy APA was called MIND'S EYE, and it lasted for several years after I left. There was also a "pretty boys in armor" APA called ENDLESS WARRIORS dedicated to Samurai Trooper and St. Seiya. It has faded as well. BIRD SCRAMBLE, the Gatchaman APA, is still going strong, with a full membership of 25 and even some people waiting. Why it is still so popular in this age of instant posting still mystifies me.Wendy Dinsmore on her involvement with Mind's Eye on Let's Anime, August 25 2008
