Michelle Schroeder is a member of the Organization for Transformative Works Board of Directors. They stood as a candidate in the 2022 OTW Board Election and was elected to replace a deparing Board Director, E. Anna Szegedi. Michelle was elected to serve a two year term; the remainder of E. Anna's term.
Michelle has also served as co-Chair of the AO3 Documentation team, and in volunteer roles on the Tag Wrangling Committee and the Support committee.
