Merlinity was a LiveJournal community created in July 2010 by Mrs Leary, featuring the rarepairs of Gaius/Merlin of Merlin (TV series) and Colin Morgan/Richard Wilson of Merlin RPF.
While the 50-year age gap between the actors (and presumably an equivalent age gap for the characters) ensured these pairings would remain rare indeed, there were about 30 posts made to this community, featuring fanart, fanfiction and discussion, as well as opportunities to contribute to other Merlin-related challenges and prompt fests. At the time of writing, there are still 13 members, despite the community not being active since July 2019.
