When did you first watch Starsky and Hutch?
When it ran in syndication on TNT, I taped many of the episodes on my VCR. I labeled these tapes with names like “Christmas Show, Italian Restaurant, Dying Girlfriend and Cowboy Boots”. I didn’t realize the latter two could have applied to multiple episodes:) I dumped the tapes at some point along with my VCR. About five years ago, I bought the DVD set and finally watched the complete series in order, noting the correct titles.
What made you start writing stories? Had you written fic in other fandoms?
Unlike others, I never had any original ideas that I wanted to express or any interest in writing my own stories. I loved the stories that others wrote and shared online. I was content to stay a reader only. Then, I found the posts in the Me & Thee 100 Drabble community. I was intrigued by the drabbles and the apparent fun the writers had there. It seemed to me like it was kind of a game, like doing a crossword puzzle. I decided I wanted to play. So, I tried it. It was much harder than I expected but also more fun. It’s a wonderful place to play with words and talk about S&H. I discovered I liked to do both.
