How did you get into writing fanfic?
It starts one day in late '06, when I was so bored studying for exams that broke every self-imposed rule I had and started reading HP fanfic. I remember feeling very ashamed of myself, like I was betraying the canon or something by just reading it. Fast forward to early '09, when I was in a really bad place in RL, so I started writing my first fic - this girl!Harry/Snape thing I'm still surprised turned out to be as popular as it did - just to see if I could make the concept work. Then eventually I started writing for Twilight, because, well, the books themselves were so bad someone had to rewrite them... and then one day I got hit by this idea for an SGA fic and, well, here I am.
Is SGA your main squeeze, or are you poly-fandom-ous?
I'm a serial monogomist. I usually live in one fandom at a time, though I branch out when the mood strikes me. While I've been with SGA, I've had XMFC and Marvel phases, but they never last long, and I've not gotten the itch to write for another fandom, so...

To quote bookshop: "They are simultaneously the most ridiculously dorky, aging, unattractive men, and the most inexplicably hot. And they have the, like, most RIDICULOUSLY OBNOXIOUS PERSONALITIES, except for how they're simultaneously COMPLETELY ADORKABLE and endearing." Which about sums it up for me entirely.
