I've actually only been writing fic for the last couple of years, being one of those people that absolutely hated having to write anything creative in my English classes, it's a bit strange how I ended up writing fic. I really have no idea what happened.
I've been a huge fan of SGA from the first episode, having migrated over from SG1. I'm not sure that it's entirely possible to sum up all that I enjoy about SGA itself, so I guess I'll just have to say that I love everything about it, especially Rodney/John. As for the fandom, I love SGA fandom, because it was the first place that I felt like part of a group. It was through SGA that I found out that I wasn't alone in my *cough* slight obsession with SGA. Also, as a fandom, we have some truly talented authors, and an almost constant supply of fic, where I can read about everything that I ever wanted to happen in SGA, that didn't.
