Not a word out of place. This is culture building in 16K. And deep insights into Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan's fundamental personalities in the same 16K. Read it slowly, and savor it like Qui savors the zhai he's drinking. Oh, and much of the story is hot sex. Yes, all in 16K. Each word counts for so much; this is a drabble on steroids. Plus there's not enough Qui-as-a-not-so-closet-hedonist fic out there.[1]
