Maxie/Tabitha, known mostly as LeadershipShipping and/or ホムマツ (Homumatsu), is a rare ship in the Pokémon fandom. It pairs Maxie (Matsubusa) and Tabitha (Homura), one of the admins of the villainous Team Magma and its leader respectively, both introduced in Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
