Lance Parkin is a writer of several books and audio dramas of the Doctor Who Expanded Universe, including the Eighth Doctor's first novel story The Dying Days, and the Faction Paradox story Warlords of Utopia.
He also regularly contributed to the fanzine Enlightenment.
