I am an adult. I think and talk like an adult, about adult topics. Not only that, but I am slash-friendly. While I don't consider anything here to be damaging or offensive, I have no desire to inflict emotional or psychological scarring on any little dear who happens to wander in. So, if you're not an adult or the mere idea of two men in a loving and consentual relationship disturbs you, wander out.

LD's Fiction

It surprised the hell out of me, since I've always been singularly lacking in imagination and creativity, in my own opinion anyway, but I actually had a story idea and Jim and Blair showed up to help me write it. Amazing! Even more amazing, people actually read it and commented, which resulted in even more story ideas! I had intended to respond to every comment I received, but you know what they say about good intentions... I'll try and do better in future.

Road to Ruin

Go back to a time of innocence, when the words fan fiction elicited the response: 'What's that? You mean people write stories about TV characters?' I used to enjoy the occasional story, simple light entertainment, but now I get antsy and even depressed waiting and waiting and waiting... for the next installment in whichever story I'm reading. I've learned not to start a story until I have all the pieces. Believe me, the people around me are thankful. I can be a total bitch when I don't get what I want and I have no control over how quickly someone else writes a story. Ah, if only I did... <Writers the world over cringe in terror at the thought of Lady Dagger having power over them.>

We've already established that I'm obsessive, so you shouldn't have any trouble accepting the fact that I'm also anal. I've spent a lot of time creating a database for the stories in the The Professionals Online Library with summaries and I thought I'd share.

Quick list of the pages I frequent searching for a quick fanfic fix to feed my habit. I really feel pathetic some days checking the same site over and over and over again, hoping there'll be something new.
