Knight_Fix is a Yahoo! Group for fans of Forever Knight, welcoming discussion and fan fiction. The public Group was founded on 14 July 2003, with most posts in the same year. There were 22 members.
Group Description
Knight_Fix is a group of the fans, by the fans and for the fans of the television series Forever Knight.As the name suggests, this is where fans can come to get their FK Fix! We would like to encourage FK related creative writing (fan fix), including anything from poetry to episode re-writes. (Challenges/competitions may occur). And, we would like to discourage an overabundance of what can most succinctly be called "Ger-drooling." (I don't disagree, but this is not the place for it.) Mostly, we want to create a place where fans can come for valuable information and discussion. Cast info, merchandise lists/sources, links to fan web sites, and a forum for philosophy and analysis of the characters, world and occurrences within the realm of FK. Naturally, discussion will stray from time to time, but this should be kept to show links (cast members and their other projects, shows/movies/books with similar subject matter, etc.).
Suggestions and submissions are always welcome! Comments, questions and items for consideration should be sent to [email protected].
Please note: Spamming, Flaming, etc. will NOT be tolerated on this group! Legitimate fans who have something legitimate to advertise (a relevant web site, eBay ID, etc.) should submit the information to the group owner via [email protected]. Thank you for understanding this policy.
Annual Posts
From 2006 to 2017, two posts only were made each year: on 20 April and 14 July. These were automated Yahoo messages. The former was a reminder about the birthday of Geraint Wyn Davies, the actor who played Nick Knight in Forever Knight. The latter was a reminder of the anniversary of the date that the Knight Fix Yahoo Group was formed.
Anniversary ReminderThe Knight_Fix Group was started this day in 2003, by Shannyn (dethimages), at the extreme encouragement of (Lorri) giftslor. Lorri became the first official member on this day as well. Happy Anniversary Knight_Fix!

Welcome to Knight_Fix!Thank you for joining this Forever Knight Yahoo! Group. We hope that you will enjoy what we have to offer (and what we will have to offer in the future). This is a group of the fans, by the fans and for the fans, so make yourself at home and participate at whatever level you like!
As you have probably already gathered by the group description, the use of the word “Fix” is multidimensional.
Although originally inspired by the episode of the same name, the group is not meant to be limited to discussion of “The Fix.” In fact, it is meant to not be limited to much of anything, except Forever Knight (and related) topics.
Fan Fix (more than one “fic”) are encouraged… first and foremost from members, but fan fic from other sources may be included in the file archive as long as permission has been granted by the source and/or original author (and links to the other sources can be a substituted for the actual posting when permission is not readily available). Fan fic on the group can be just about anything: poetry, short stories, episode re-writes (“fixes”), or whatever. Episode reviews and philosophical and/or analytical studies of the show/world/characters in general or specific episodes are also welcome… fans are not limited to fiction.
The group is meant to be an outlet for fans to get their “fix” of Forever Knight (or at least to help), especially during the times when the show is not being aired. (And we are still waiting for the third season DVDs!)
Take some time to look around and view the archived messages (click “Messages” on the group menu) to see what’s been going on so far, and feel free to post a “hello message” introducing yourself to the group.
