In K-pop fandom, a K-pop Fansite is a person who takes photos and videos of a K-pop idol (typically focusing on a single member) in a public space such as during filming, at an airport, or at a concert using professional-grade lenses. They upload their recordings to YouTube and photos to websites such as Twitter, Tumblr, and their own independent sites. Many are run as small businesses selling posters, sticks, banners, and other fan-made merchandise with the photos they take.
