Justified is an American TV show about Federal Marshal Raylan Givens as he works in his hometown of Harlan, Kentucky. It was inspired by the Elmore Leonard short story "Fire in the Hole," and ran for six seasons and 78 episodes on FX.
In 2023, a spin-off titled Justifed: City Primeval premiered, again with Raylan as the main character. It was inspired by another Leonard novel, and is a crossover with a movie adaptation of another Leonard short story.
