JOURNEY by Kate Lloyd offers a continuation of an episode, after McCoy has 'the last word' in sickbay. Although the connection with the episode pleased me, it wasn't one of my favorite stories in the zine. The evolution of Kirk and Spock's relationship just went too quickly for me in this one. [1]
