Josh Lyman is a character in The West Wing. He was first working for senator John Hoynes, before joining the Bartlet for America campaign and being hired as Deputy Chief of Staff with Leo McGarry being his immediate boss. He later left the White House to be a general manager of the Santos campaign after convincing Matt Santos to run for President. After Santos won, Josh became his Chief of Staff.
