Blackwater is a non-canonical pairing in the Twilight series between Jacob Black and Leah Clearwater.
Relationship
Both Jacob and Leah canonically pine for characters who are in love with others (Jacob with Bella Swan and Leah with Sam Uley). Leah also follows her brother Seth Clearwater by leaving the Uley pack and joining Jacob's pack in Breaking Dawn. Fan fiction authors often use these two starting points to build common ground between the two characters, leading to romance. Imprinting sometimes plays a factor. Blackwater works often also have Edward/Bella and address Jacob's past relationship with her.
