It Never Rains... is a 98-page gen Star Trek: TOS novel by Judy Mortimore. It has the subtitle, "... But It Pours."

From an ad in Universal Translator #20 (Oct-Dec 1983): "The first of the well-known stories of the Stryger family."'
The 1980 edition says "Published especially for the fourth British Star Trek Convention in Liverpool, 1977. Re-printed for Terracon 1980."
