I started writing just for fun. My first fanfic story was a Star Trek: The Next Generation Dr. Crusher story back in 1992.
I'm a 43-year-old non-Spanish speaking Puerto Rican-American living in Canada. I grew up in Philadelphia as a lesbian in a macho culture. My whole life has been living on both sides of the fence not fitting in on either side. Many times, I feel like a spy.
I haven't been published except what's been posted on-line and that was pretty exciting. But I think my greatest thrill in terms of my writing was seeing Claire Stansfield and Alexandra Tydings, two wonderfully talented and professional actresses, perform three of my skits onstage at the 2001 Pasadena con.
