Holocron is Star Wars newsletter published in Scotland. At least three issues were published. The zine contained essays, articles, comics, fan art and fan fiction.

"A lighthearted Star Wars fanzine produced in the mid 90s. These are some scans from the remaining issues and feature some of Holocrons "political cartoons", a board game and a story about Boba Fett fighting Predator." [1]

The editor has blogged about the zine's history here.

Issue 4

Holocron 4 contains 38 pages. It is undated, something that is intentional: "I bet you're thinking it's just as well those jokers at Holocron didn't put a date on the cover after they said last issue about missing deadlines. Right okay, so maybe you didn't notice, but lets [sic] pretend you did and that is what your [sic] thinking. Had we put a date on the cover you would have thrown it right back in our faces, but we didn't, so you can't. Anyway cutting to the chase, my point is that you have to be careful what you say, cause it might come right back and smack you in the face."
