Hollow Knight: Pale Court is a fan-made DLC for Hollow Knight that focuses on adding playable content for the Five Great Knights of Hallownest. It adds boss fights for all four of the knights (all except for Ogrim, who is already in the base game) into the game world and includes "dream" versions of the bosses with upgraded difficulty of all five to Godhome, including "The Champion's Call", a Pantheon-style boss rush of all five. It also adds Tiso as a "secret" boss, four new equippable charms, a new platforming challenge in the Abyss, and additional dialogue and story scenes with the knights.

A teaser trailer was first released in July of 2020, and the full mod was released on July 1st 2023.

Fans were impressed with the amount of content added (new levels, bosses, animations, abilities, and lore) and how well it integrated into and fit the style of original game.

"I was absolutely blown away by the amount and quality of this mod. The art, animation, voice acting, and design are all flawless, and if you didn't tell me this was a mod I would never guess that it wasn't part of the original game. It was also very moving to get to see fully realized designs for all five of the knights. They are such a mysterious but powerful presence in the lore, and it took my breath away to see them in motion, hear them speak, and even get to meet them as equals."
