Hobie Brown, known as Spider-Punk, is a character in the Spider-Verse, first appearing in the second film Across the Spider-Verse. He's a British punk, and friend of Gwen Stacy and Pavitr Prabhakar.

It's heavily implied he's an anarchist, and the fandom have mostly agreed and portray him as such.
In one or two promo images, Hobie appears to have coloured shoelaces: one yellow, one blue. According to the Lace Code used by punks, yellow laces refer to anti-racism, and blue laces indicate the wearer has killed a cop.[1] Fans have ran with this idea and many headcanon that this is true.[2]
Much of the fanart of him aims to replicate his unique art style.
