Hina is a main character in the video game BanG Dream!, as well as the anime of the same name.
Canon
With her prankster nature, genius level intellect and ‘unique’ lexicon of words like ‘boppin’!’ and ‘zappin’!’, Hina is often seen as a bit otherworldly among her bandmates. Underneath it all however, Hina is a sensitive soul who dearly wants the approval of sister Sayo.
Fandom
Aside from her sister, Hina is generally shipped with other members of Pasupa, most likely Aya or Chisato due to Eve x Maya being considered essentially canon by many fans. Hina also has a fondness for Lisa Imai due to Lisa being a member of Roselia with her sister Sayo, so a shipping there is feasible.
