Misleading error message
Misleading error message -- Not sure where to report this, but I accidentally clicked on a link to edit another user's userpage and received this error message, "Oops! It looks like you're not logged in. You need to be a registered user in order to edit or create pages on Fanlore." But I _was_ logged in, I just don't have rights to that page. Lipsum I believe that only administrators or gardeners can edit other users' page. This error message may have appeared due to this fact -- Ellakbhesse (talk) 05:26, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
Permissions bug?
For reasons unclear, I was unable to edit my own user page with the source editor. The visual editor still worked though. I've edited my user page in the past so this would seem to be a relatively new issue. don't know if this is even the correct place to report such a problem but uh here i am --Wingedcatgirl (talk) 05:10, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
Wingedcatgirl hi, the same thing happened to me, it seems to be a common error for many Fanlore users. After updating the site to enter the visual editing mode, the personal editor page has presented this error. I also had to use the visual editor, which I'm not a fan of due to visual issues, but I believe things should be sorted out soon -- Ellakbhesse (talk) 05:22, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
