Heavy/Medic/Spy, known mostly as Continental Breakfast or KGBrie, is an uncommon poly ship within Team Fortress 2 fandom. The ship involves The Heavy, The Medic and The Spy, three of the game's nine playable mercenaries and main characters.
This ship has Spy join an established Heavy/Medic relationship most often, and many fanworks are based off of that scenario instead of basing largely off of Medic/Spy or Heavy/Spy.

- Size Difference: Spy is much smaller and shorter than Heavy, and some fanworks may note that Spy also is thinner than Medic.
