A third issue was proposed but not completed. From a 1991 ad in For Your Information #9: "Seeking a few more stories and poems for Doctor Who and/or Red Dwarf, particularly artists to illo stories. 1 prefer non-4th Doctor stories, but all material considered. Deadline 8/15/91."
