Great Teacher Onizuka is a completed shounen manga series written and illustrated by Fujisawa Tooru that was originally serialized in Weekly Shounen Magazine. Since 2009 it has been picked up again and is now continued in GTO Shonan 14 Days.
GTO follows the story of ex-gang member Onizuka who spends his days with skirt peeking and lusting after school girls. When he witnesses an old, ugly teacher having a sexy school girl for a lover, Onizuka decides that a change is in order. Barely gaining a teaching degree, he starts as teacher at a school - only to discover that he not only seems to possess this annoying thing called a conscience, but also that he actually enjoys teaching... or his version of it.
