Reactions and Reviews

It is a testimony to the writer‘s talent that I got mad as hell at Spock.

Well don‘t tell me it all ends here? What happens to their fledgling bond? Why Spock feels contempt for Kirk because he shares himself freely—accusing him of being a whore after having used him also, is beyond me. And then forcing himself upon Kirk—fully knowing that any further intimate act would strengthen that beginning bond. In effect, he rapes him and the act breaks something precious in Kirk. I simply can‘t find the words....

So what if Kirk shares himself with others, that‘s up to him. Spock himself doesn‘t exactly strike me as someone without ant sexual experience. If you‘d apply the same criteria, you could call him names too. I get mad as hell at those 'holier than thou' figures. [1]
