i'm one of the person that went there and yeah this look really fun and I was so happy to get there but in reality my friends and I waited like 9 hours , and I got the chance to go in but my friends has to go home and they were here at 8 am ,that's not normal and people complained a lot about that and like for a school fair but genshin themed . Im sorry about this negative comment but i'm disappointed and it was not funny for everyone. Worst organisation ever in France. Waited 4 hours for nothing, no compensation no animations even if we came at the official starting hour, which was 10 am and then moved to the afternoon.Mad and highly disappointed.

So 2 days ago, I went to the 2023 Genshin Impact Summer Festival in New York City. And it was fun! Played games, collected 3 Archon Cards, bought merch, etc. I even got to take pictures with the cosplayer, including my all-time favorite character, Yoimiya (Who I gave a fist bump, hugged her, and said that I loved her. Yes, I simp on Yoimiya, and I’m not ashamed of it) So, here are the pictures I took form the Festival, including the cosplayers, merch, and even selfies from myself, my older sister, my younger sister, my younger cousin, and my older sister’s boyfriend. Here’s to more Genshin Impact events in New York City.

An incident occurred at the Genshin Impact Summer Festival 2023, held at Olympic Park in Seoul's eastern ward of Songpa. Approximately 200 individuals were evacuated following the emergence of a concerning message on social media, which threatened to detonate a bomb at the gaming festival. Police and firefighting officials swiftly responded to the situation.
According to reports, the threat originated from a Twitter user who claimed to have planted a bomb at the festival's venue. The ominous message indicated that the bomb would detonate "when the time arrives" and encouraged followers to "look forward to it." The user also shared images that purportedly depicted the alleged explosive device.
Upon discovering the message, festival organizers took immediate action by suspending the event and promptly reporting the threat to the police. Law enforcement, in collaboration with firefighting authorities, conducted a thorough search of the venue, ultimately confirming the absence of any explosive devices.[1]
