General_HospitalFans was an eGroup and later Yahoo group for discussion of the soap opera General Hospital. It had moderated posting, with 1,261 members at its close. The group's peak period was in 2002-2005 but continued to receive messages until its close. When it was most active it had as many as 2200 messages a month.
