Galehaut is a character in Arthurian Legend who is often regarded as a queer icon by the Arthuriana fandom. He is best remembered for his relationship with Lancelot du Lac in the Vulgate cycle, which is frequently interpreted as homoerotic, though he appears in other texts, including Le Morte D'Arthur and The Old Knight. Though sometimes referred to as Galahad in Malory, he should not be confused with Sir Galahad the Grail knight, who is Lancelot's son. [1]
