Frank Reynolds is one of the five main characters on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Canon
Frank was first introduced in the first episode of season 2 of the show, "Charlie Gets Crippled". Frank raised Dee and Dennis with his then wife Barbara, although at the end of the season it is revealed that he is not their biological father.
It is heavily implied that he is the biological father of Charlie Kelly.
