Fox was mainly a fanfiction writer in the early 2000s. On their old personal website where much of their early fanfics are hosted there are fanfiction disclaimers bracketed by Bible quotes at the top and the bottom of the page. They say:
Please note: the fiction on this site may include some characters, names, etc., whose copyright is owned by persons or corporations other than myself -- Lucasfilm, Ltd., for example. When this occurs, no copyright infringement is intended as no profit of any sort is being derived from the works of fiction archived here. Furthermore: a great deal of the fiction archived here contains graphic sexual content (often of a homoerotic nature). If this sort of thing troubles you, or if you are under the age of legal majority in your area, now's a good time to get out of here.
As of 2020 they aren't very active in fandom and mostly make personal blog posts on their Dreamwidth and LiveJournal, discussing real life such as their job and day to day life. After several years of being inactive in fandom, Fox briefly discussed their history within fannish circles in a DreamWidth post from May 17, 2019. They said "I sort of miss being fannish about things," though most of the post was about their family.[1]
