Reactions and Reviews
Blair gets sick. Jim is offended that no one seems to think he can take care of someone with the flu. Jim is also offended by the massive number of germs everywhere. magician114 mentioned this story over on sentinelficfind as one of the funniest stories in the fandom. I already had it on my list of fics to rec this month. I love it when great minds think alike! [1]
Told through Jim's POV, he reveals some of the reasons why he keeps an arm's length from caring too much about people. But he also, in his own mind, justifies how he cares for Blair and discovers that he isn't such a bad nurturer. Poor Blair is already reeling from fever, and Jim's alternately compassionate and blustery manner confuses the hell out of him. Enjoy.[2]
