Fleet Academy North was a Star Trek con. It is unknown how many there were, perhaps just the one.
The con included "faculty" (guests) and "classes" (panels) and "lectures" (speakers).
It took place April 26-28, 1996 at the Holiday Inn Yorkdale, Toronto, Ontario. Guests of Honor were Bjo Trimble, John Trimble, and D.C. Fontana.
"Faculty" were Martin Miller and Barb Schofield (con chairs, Toronto Treks V-VIII), Colleen Hillerup ("The Not Ready for Starfleet Players"), Karen Linsley and Lloyd Landa (filk singers), Urban Tapestry (filk singers) and Karl Schroeder (science fiction writer).
"Additional classes, lectures, workshops and panels to follow. Galaxy Awards for Excellence in Fandom, Dealers' Room, Graduation Ceremony for all cadets (degrees will be awarded, con volunteers get honors degrees)."
