Finnick Odair is a secondary character in the Hunger Games books and films. He was the winner of the 65th Hunger Games and allies with Katniss Everdeen in the Quarter Quell. Finnick tends to feature in many fanworks, although not quite as many as Katniss and Peeta, and is a fan-favorite.
