Final Destination is an American horror franchise where each film's protagonist has a premonition of a terrible accident that would kill numerous people, including the protagonist themself. The protagonist and several other people then escape from the scene of the accident, before it happens just like in the protagonist's vision. The group of people then start dying in a series of bizarre accidents. Death itself is the main villain/antagonist of each film.

The character William Bludworth appeared in 1, 2, and 5 and as a voice over in 3, often warning the people that cheated Death.
Fandom
Final Destination fandom is fairly small and is mainly focused on the films only, but it is still fairly active. The fandom is mainly located on Fanfiction.net, with over 400 fanfics located there as of June 2015, while Archive of Our Own only lists 3 fanworks tagged with 'Final Destination'. Various other fanworks, such as music videos and icons were created and could be found on Youtube and various multi-fandom LiveJournal icon communities.
There were not a lot fansites dedicated to any of films, the series mainly had several fanlistings though. FFN has a few forums dedicated to them.
Fanfiction, while sometimes focused on the main characters from the films, there are a lot of works with original characters in similar situations.

Most of the canon (or suggested canon) pairings were more common: Alex/Clear, Kim/Thomas, Wendy/Kevin, etc.
